Serving as mentors and advocates, Advisors help students realize their potential by promoting genuine fellowship with the students in their charge. Advisors spend their time helping students make the most of themselves and their time at Carlbrook. Emphasis is placed on prioritization, time management, interpersonal skills, goal setting, formulation of reasonable expectations for oneself, and healthy family interaction.
